Thuy Dinh is a social entrepreneur and a social-innovation practitioner. She is fervent about new technology and new initiative to contribute to poverty alleviation. Born and raised in Vietnam, she is devoted to solving poverty-related issues in developing countries, including her own.

Dinh is a filmmaker and a consultant who has been engaged in community development in Asia and Africa. She has a special interest in learning from people, about their lives, their practices, their feelings, emotions and needs. Dinh has a MA in Social Enterprise from the School of International Services (SIS) at American University and a BA in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV).
